Lancia Flavia Convertible

The 4.9 metres long Flavia is available exclusively with a 2.4-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine rated at 168hp (170PS) at 6,000 rpm and 220Nm (162 lb-ft), coupled to a 6-speed automatic transmission driving the front wheels.

At least in Italy, the Flavia is offered in a single trim that Lancia says is "all inclusive", and by which it means that it comes equipped with standard leather upholstery, ESC and Traction control, ABS, four airbags, the Uconnect multimedia system complete with satellite navigation system, and a high-end Boston Acoustic Sound System.

Lancia Imperiale Concept

Independent designer David Cardoso is among those not pleased with Lancia's current portfolio and especially the new Thema.

The name Cardoso chose to use on his reborn Lancia flagship is somewhat unfortunate as the Chrysler used the Imperial moniker for its own series of luxury models from the 1920s to the 1980s and again in the early 1990's.

Name aside, Cardoso's Imperiale borrows the fastback body styling of previous Lancia cars such as the Gamma Berlina from the late 1970s.
